Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You will provide accurate information about yourself

AI CareerPro provides AI-assisted tools for:

• Resume review and diagnostic feedback
• Resume creation (guided and manual)
• Job description matching
• Career transition guidance
• Cover letter generation
• Resume translation (English ↔ Arabic)
• ATS scoring and four-pillar diagnostics

The Service uses third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) to process your input.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately at customerservice@aicareerpro.ai of any unauthorized use.
• One account per person. Do not create multiple accounts to abuse free usage limits.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Upload malicious files, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or usage caps
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI prompts
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service
• Impersonate another person or provide false information
• Use the Service to generate misleading or fraudulent resumes
• Submit content that infringes copyrights or contains hate speech, harassment, or illegal material
• Resell, redistribute, or commercialize outputs from the Service without permission
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service

Violation may result in account suspension or termination without notice.

To ensure fair use and prevent abuse during the beta period:

• AI generation requests are subject to per-user weekly limits
• Limits may be adjusted at our discretion based on usage patterns
• When you reach a limit, you will see a friendly message inviting you to email us if you need a higher allowance
• Limits exist to protect both users and the service from abuse

6.1 Ownership

You retain full ownership of any content you upload (resumes, job descriptions, etc.). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Store and process your content to provide the Service
• Send your content to AI providers for processing (see Privacy Policy)

6.2 AI-generated content

• AI-generated outputs (resume drafts, suggestions, scores) are provided for your reference only.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all output before using it.
• We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or job-getting effectiveness of AI outputs.
• AI may produce errors, hallucinations, or biased content. Always review carefully.

6.3 Responsibility

You confirm that the content you upload:

• Belongs to you or you have permission to use it
• Does not violate any third-party rights
• Is accurate (you will not knowingly upload false employment history)

• The Service, including design, code, prompts, and trademarks, is owned by AI CareerPro.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
• "AI CareerPro", "CVPro", and the logo are trademarks of AI CareerPro.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or completeness of AI outputs
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security from unauthorized access
• Job placement or interview success

We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in job offers, interviews, or any specific outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AI CareerPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to $0 during the free beta period
• We are not responsible for missed job opportunities, lost wages, or career outcomes

You agree to indemnify and hold AI CareerPro harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Content you upload or generate
• Your violation of any third-party rights

• You may delete your account at any time by emailing customerservice@aicareerpro.ai
• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms
• We may discontinue the Service or any feature at any time without notice during the beta period

By using AI CareerPro during the beta period, you acknowledge:

• The Service may have bugs, downtime, or data loss
• Features may be added, changed, or removed without notice
• Your feedback is welcomed at customerservice@aicareerpro.ai
• The Service is currently free; paid plans may be introduced in the future with advance notice

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
